Chris was born on July 15th, 1996, in Long Island, NY. He started playing piano when he was 5 and then started playing drums at 10. His biggest influences growing up were jazz legends like Clifford Brown, Miles Davis, Max Roach, Tony Williams, and John Coltrane. Not long after he fell in love with singers like Billie Holiday, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, and Amy Winehouse which is what later made him decide to go and study jazz in college.

He attended Loyola University in New Orleans on a scholarship, where he studied jazz performance and composition. After 2 years of studying jazz at the age of 20, Chris dropped out to perform with his friend from high school Mac Ayres.

Chris is now living in Los Angeles, playing drums in Mac’s band, doing freelance work as a drummer and producer, and playing shows with his band. Chris has recently worked on Mac’s album “Juicebox,” and Jordan’s debut album “Found It.” Chris’ debut album, “Smile While You Can,” was released on July 7th, 2020, which features some of his closest friends and favorite artists and musicians. He now spends his time writing and producing out of his home studio in Los Angeles. You can keep up with Chris on Spotify, Apple Music, Twitch, Instagram, Twitter, Soundcloud, and Bandcamp
